About the role

Marahrens USA is seeking a candidate to join our dynamic team in our Miami Lakes office. The role includes a number of various tasks with a focus on sales activities and daily operations. This person reports to the VP- Americas.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities (research of potential new markets/clients)
• Processing daily orders (e.g., Amazon)
• Client support and communication
• Send proposals for standard orders
• Packaging and inventory of standard signage
• Keeping track of office supplies

Candidate requirements

• Ability to work in a small team
• Excellent customer-orientated work ethic
• Work independently with a sense of responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• German is a plus but not a must
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at a time
• Stress-resistant
• Previous sales experience preferred
• You must be authorized to work in the United States
