About the Role
Marahrens USA is seeking a candidate to join our dynamic team in our Miami Lakes office. The role includes a number of various tasks with a focus on sales activities, e-commerce and daily operations. This person reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities (research of potential new markets/clients)
- E-commerce activities of online platforms such as Amazon marketplace or our online store
- Processing daily orders (e.g., Amazon)
- Client support and communication
- Send proposals for standard orders
- Packaging and inventory of standard signage
- Keeping track of office supplies
Candidate requirements
- Ability to work in a small team
- Excellent customer-orientated work ethic
- Work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German is a plus but not a must
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at a time
- Stress-resistant
- Previous sales experience preferred
- You must be authorized to work in the United States
